It’s starting to feel a lot like Christmas; the office decorations are out in full force, the Christmas parties (and shenanigans) have already begun, which has had me thinking a lot about the usual conundrum of this time of year… the age old question of what to wear.
As much as I try to step out of my comfort zone, when it comes to parties, I always play it safe – I figure I want to spend the evening enjoying myself, which in part comes with feeling comfortable with what I’m wearing. But, rather than just opt for all black (been there, done that, already this year…), the simple and sleek two piece in a muted shade is the next best thing.
This grey marled knitted beauty from C/meo Collective is my current two-piece of choice; it can be dressed up with a pair of classic strappy sandals, and the skirt (in particular) does double duty for office wear or a lazy weekend – the knitted fabric basically makes sure of that!
