Goodness

Let me just preface this with the fact that I am a terrible shopper. And by this I mean, I tend to spend so much time browsing online, that to distance myself from further temptation, I avoid browsing brick & mortar stores, even though the overall experience surpasses any online bargain you could find. The Boutique Collections Showcase brought together Goodness, Hurricane Jeans, The Mews, Coco Wellington, The Service Depot, Design Cartel, and The Design Loft, and gave attendees a taste of what is already in store, for the upcoming summer.

By the time the second boutique had shown, I was beginning to get that urge to go shopping, which really shows how well it managed to hit the mark. It definitely dispelled the perception that Wellingtonians only wear black, with a huge proportion of looks surmised of punchy bright summer colours or neutral tones.

you know, I prefer boutique shopping as opposed to “mall” shopping. I feel like it is a personal one on one connection with the sales lady since it tends to not be a corporate environment. But I def shop online during the holidays because I hate parking & crowds! great post hun!

Same here, majority of browsing and shopping is done online but there’s nothing like physically going to a store and having the pieces right in front of you

I like online shopping but there’s nothing like that rush of trying on something awesome and dreaming all the ways you can wear it! Some really great pieces here – roll on summer!
