Old habits

Country Rd t-shirt & socks, girl. by Band of Outsiders skirt, T by Alexander Wang cardigan, Vintage boots, Juliet&Company bracelet, Karen Walker necklace

I’ve been spending much of the long weekend snuggled up in cozy knit cardigans and woollen socks, keeping my legs bare in contempt of the otherwise cold weather. Having re-discovered some old Nintendo DS games, I’ve welcomed the opportunity to have a few lazy days at home. I probably don’t seem like the type, but when I was younger this used to be a common occurrence every weekend, where I’d get up early just to get a little bit further in my latest game purchase. Funny how some things just don’t change.

I love how you mixed the soft tones and textures in this outfit and there’s something about the look of boots and socks that is just so cool to me. Very chic! You look beautiful!

Haha, woohoo for tons of video games! Unfortunately I never had my own gaming system, my brothers did though…so sometimes I would steal theirs

The boots and socks look really cool on you. I would look so wrong. Something to do with age I think ;o)

Nice look – soft but toughened up with the black boots.

What I need to do is include more skirts and pants into my wardrobe. All I ever wear these days are jeans paired with various tops and jackets. It gets a bit boring after a while. I’m still surprised each time I see a totally different combo during your challenge.
