Luke and i have been living in our current place for close to a year now (time sure does fly), so I thought I’d give you a little peek into what is probably the most loved corner of our home. Whether it’s entertaining or relaxing with a couple of ice cold beers, catching up on the latest episodes of My Kitchen Rules (yes, I’m an addict), or curling up with a book, you can generally find us here, pets in tow.

I’ve been on a mission to build a gallery wall, and while I’m definitely still yet to properly scratch the surface, these new prints from Minted have added a bit of much needed character to our space.

While there are some incredible vibrant and colourful art prints to choose from, my personal preferences tend to lay on the more muted end of the scale; black and white photography and desaturated astrological prints – both of which managed to get Luke’s tick of approval.

We’re hoping to really build on the back wall above the grey couch with some of our most cherished memories, and those still yet to come. Sun-drenched snaps of the Duomo in Florence and the busy streets of New York juxtaposed against what I anticipate to be one of our most special memories yet, our wedding day.
