Long weekends spent doing little else aside from gorging on spiced hot cross buns and melt in your mouth chocolate call for elasticated waistbands and loose linen tees. I’ve definitely fallen off the proverbial wagon, with my meals consisting of more sugar than substance as of late – all the more reason to get off the couch and back on the pavement. The beautiful weather we were treated to over the long weekend proved to be the motivation I needed, starting with a few long walks and beach side runs – better late than never. Now to fight the urge to press the ‘snooze’ button first thing tomorrow morning…
