For someone whose average number of sleep hours per night have decreased considerably over the past few days I find myself to be surprisingly chirpy, although cannot wait to get some much needed beauty sleep this evening. To say that WFW has been tiring is an understatement to say the least, especially when combined with a full time job. But in saying that, it’s been an experience that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed and in most respects am fully looking forward to repeating next week; the 4am start I’ll be facing on Monday morning not so much.
I think it’s that particular element that had me so focused on dressing as effortlessly as possible, and leaves me flummoxed as to how some women can really be so focused on pulling out all the fashion stops during a week which could best be described as hectic. I’ve gotten a bit of a head start on packing for Sydney, and it all reflects that same ethos, although there’s something so final about only taking a certain number of things as I attempt to take a carry on only, that has me second guessing every decision. Won’t take a genius to guess what I’ll be spending my Sunday doing… WFW, over and out!
