Invariably this time of year always presents me with a little bit of cabin fever, and particularly more so when the preceding 11 months have held no holidays in their sights. With a little over three weeks until Christmas break, the days couldn’t be going by any quicker, and with few books left on my kindle, I’ve found myself amidst a search for some compelling new reads to whittle away my time in the sunshine – suggestions are welcome. For one lucky reader, it isn’t a question of what to read, but when. Congratulations to Stephanie Gardner who has won the copy of ‘It’ by Alexa Chung, and thank you to all of you who entered!

Another perfect outfit, stop it! 😉 Every time you wear that sweater it makes me wish I bought it when I had seen it, looks so much better on you than the model, ha ha

I’m so behind with my blog reading. I had no idea you have a new layout. I love it! It’s clean, minimalist and looks so professional. Ahh….I see what you mean now about sweatshirt with just the cuff peeping out and paired with a leather skirt. You make it look so feminine and chic.

Yeah I gave it a minor update a little while back as I wanted it to look a little more minimal.

Definitely the best way – I know you seldom, if ever wear a skirt (come to think of it, I’ve never seen you wear one aside from perhaps the odd Marant?), but it’s a good way to ‘dress’ up a sweatshirt a little. x

Babe, this look is absolute perfection. Lovin’ everything about it! The mix of tones is so slick.

Ohhh I love the little bit of glimmer you have added with the shoes. Makes me feel all festive. I bet you are hanging for the holidays! That’s a long wait you’ve had. So on the book front, I’ve been terrible this year and not reading much but I did just finish the Hunger Games trilogy. A nice easy read (when I was doing the to and from work on the trams) but captivating.
