The usual

Alexander Wang singlet, girl. by Band of Outsiders skirt, Zara crochet knit jacket, Alexander Wang kori oxfords

These photo’s were taken while I was in Canberra. Pretty sure that for the most part, I tried to maximise time standing in front of the fireplace, or wrapped up in my sister’s snuggie on the oft-times I was able to sneak it off her to ward off the cold. Quite possibly the most worn piece over the last (almost) thirty days has been this girl. by Band of Outsiders skirt, one of those impulse-yet-still-on-my-wishlist-and-now-you-are-on-sale purchases. This is kind of just one of those combinations that is so easy to throw on that you don’t even need to think about it, and has me wishing I had bought a second one for the sole purpose of dying it black.

I like the creamy colours of this outfit, it works together. I find it difficult to mix white/creams well, sometimes it just looks off.

Stop making that Zara jacket look so stupidly good. I so wanted it to look nice on me when I tried it on and it just didn’t. Not fair (adopt petulant tone and pout).

The problem with this 30 x 30 challenge is the more I see how versatile a piece is, the more I want to buy it. Which is not good especially when I’m on a shopping ban. Lately, I’ve been busy gazing at Alexander Wang shoes. I have a few in the shopping basket which I dare not check out. I only wish they aren’t that expensive πŸ™

I hesitated a bit before buying the kori oxfords. I was sad when the plain black version sold old so when this pair with the gold plate in the cut out came in stock I just pounced and didn’t give it a second though – Glad i did too since they are super comfortable and have gotten a lot of wear already. I’d make the plunge if I were you πŸ˜‰
