This is a snapshot of what I’ve been wearing to work the last few days. The type A in me needs to have things organised well before their due, so it’s little surprise that half my wardrobe is already neatly folded and packed away in my suitcase. While I’m pretty sure I jumped the gun too quickly on packing away all manner of winter knits and trousers, I’m hoping to get away with lightweight knits and skirts for the remainder of the week.

Who would have thought that the autumnal chill would come so quickly? My winter coat has already come into play, seeming almost as much as a necessity as the small novelties in life, like Twenty Seven Names’ seasonal brooches. I’ve taken to pinning my “I love Pandas” brooch to my jackets, jumpers, and before long, coats – nothing like a cute panda bear to brighten up those dreary days! I’m also loving Marni’s monochromatic resin sets, which seem just a touch more ‘grown up’.

When I see your red striped Zara Breton, I always wished it worked for me but alas it didn’t. The search continues ….

If I come across something, I will be sure to let you know – it’s a hard slog though.; I’m trying to find a nice navy with white stripe one but nothing has appealed to me yet :S

Love the Alexander wang loafers! They have been on my wishlist now for ever!! Your outfit seems so well curated!

    • jamie-lee February 13, 2014 / 11:45 am

Oh thank you! The loafers were a recent and very lucky find on eBay, in virtually new condition. Replacing the kori loafers which I was wearing so much before then 🙂

Hehe, aww panda! 😀 I always pack too early too, although I didn’t for my last trip…never again though, ha ha. I prefer tobe prepared

    • jamie-lee February 13, 2014 / 11:44 am

I always find it so much easier to be prepared, although it takes a lot of foresight. I usually start holiday planning about 6 months out.. rewriting lists until they are perfect haha
