Came across these photos from an outfit I wore shortly after my trip to Dallas in September, and realised I’d completely forgotten to share them. Save for today’s weather (31 deg C), I’d be reaching for these easy separates in this same combination in a flash. Which to me is always a good sign that you’ve found a winning combination. Fluid drape trousers might be having their moment in the sun – and I’m a total convert – but I’m still partial to something cropped, especially when worn with sandals. Perhaps the favourite aspect of this outfit for me, is the colour palette. Neutral, but rich with depth thanks to the burgundy accents of my accessories.
