This is the kind of outfit I see myself wearing all summer long. An understated slip dress, paired with some cute sandals, and my hair worn loose. Given how hot it tends to get in Sydney, my approach to getting ready is as effortless as possible, and throwing on a simple white dress like this is probably about as easy as it gets.

If you’ve been following me over on Instagram then you’ll know I recently gave my wardrobe a bit of a clear out. I tend to get very inspired after watching a certain type of video or listening to a good podcast, and as we wrap up 2018, I decided I wanted to go into 2019 with a fresh slate. This year, I found myself experimenting with colour more (which was heaps of fun) and trying out some *new* silhouettes, but ultimately, this saw me stray away from the underlying goals I have for my wardrobe. So, I’ve stripped it all back, and while I’m left with a colour palette of mostly black, white and grey, I’m not complaining. I’m planning to pen all of my thoughts on the topic down, as well as my plans to shift my behaviours for the new year, in the coming weeks.
