In my travel beauty kit

So in a few hours from now, I’ll be making my way to the airport to catch a flight across the ditch to my hometown of Wellington. My bags are packed (mostly), and I’m just waiting for Charlotte to be picked up by the cattery before I shoot off to work for a few hours.

Probably the one thing that is impossibly difficult to narrow down when packing for a holiday, is what beauty bits to take with you. I’m definitely no pro, and even now I’m thinking I probably could have dropped a lippie or looked to take a more *lightweight* eyeshadow palette with me.

So with this holiday (and our engagement party in mind), I’ve put together a get-ready-with-me style video, to share what it is that has made the cut.

Packing for any trip is a little like Goldilocks and her porridge; getting it just right is a matter of trial and error, and I’d say I’m still firmly in the trial and (make many) error(s) camp. So, with that in mind, I’d love to know what you all think – did I pack too much? not enough? or is it just right?
