Items I Own On Sale 2023: Accessories Edition

Items I Own on Sale Accessories Edition Black Friday Sale Guide

My annual review of the good stuff I own which just so happens to be on sale. This year, I’m breaking it up into two parts, split across jewellery & accessories (shoes, bags etc), and clothing. If you’re after an extensive list of all the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, I’ve got you covered, here.

So today, I’m honing in on jewellery, shoes and bags I own on sale. A non-exhaustive list but sharing a bunch of my favourites. This years’ sales seemed to start earlier than ever, so many of these deals have been going for the past week or so. Perfect opportunity to update any tired accessories, or give your jewellery box a mini refresh with a new piece or two.

JEWELLERY

Mejuri | They only do one sale a year, so if you’re planning to buy anything, now’s the time to make it count. My favourite collection from Mejuri has to be their diamond pave pieces. Specifically the signet ring (also comes in 14K gold too which I have and love), the heart diamond pave earrings, and also the diamond pave necklace. Very easy to wear, and add that hint of sparkle. Also love the heirloom ring for a statement maker, and the double curb chain necklace has been on high rotation in my jewellery capsule for years

Linjer | I have quite a few jewellery faves, and Linjer of course ranks pretty highly. They have 65% off with my code JAMIELEE65 (use this at checkout to top up their current sitewide discount). I think I must have been a magpie in a past life as again, my most loved pieces have that bit of sparkle. What I love about their diamond styles is that they use lab grown diamonds. My favourites have to be the Ilse Ring Luxe and the Evelina Ring. For an elegant but wearable everyday earring, I love the Mathilde pearl drop earring. So pretty!

Monica Vinader | When I want to make a statement, I’ll usually turn to my Monica Vinader pieces. These are a high quality gold vermeil, made using a recycled sterling silver base, and coated in recycled gold. Personal favourites include this chunky organically shaped bangle (I’ve been wearing it a lot lately!), this dainty heart chain necklace, and of course I adore their beaded necklaces too.

Adornemonde | I’ve really taken to pairing my Saz hoops from Adornmonde with diamond studs either from Linjer or Mejuri. Simple, not too flashy, but adds that extra bit of sparkle. They currently have 35% off sitewide, and I think some of the best value options if you have multiple ear piercings are these asymmetrical four-piece sets.

Pamela Card | When I want to make a statement, I’m reaching for these earrings, full stop. The textured design is so beautiful, and I love the process; wax-cast. Current sale gets you $40 off plus a $40 gift card with code PCJBF. Beautiful if you want a piece that has an old world feel.

Gingiberi | A newer to me jewellery brand, but I’ve been wearing these double pearl stud earrings as part of my regular rotation and I love them. Adds an elegant touch to my outfits with an element of modernity with the double pearl detail. My other favourites include this silver cuff bangle, and this lovely medallion necklace (very Dior-esque). Gingiberi have a staggered buy more save more offer across all jewellery and some styles are also discounted.

Shapes | Not on sale yet, but I have it on good authority one is coming so wanted to give these two pieces a shout out – a beautiful 10K gold and black diamond ring (the perfect little stacker), and this sterling silver bracelet which looks like shifting diamonds as you move your wrist. Just gorgeous!

SHOES

Atmos&Here Strappy Bare Sandals | A shoe style that needs no introduction. And as far as I’m concerned, the perfect special occasion option. Minimal, barely there straps, and a walkable heel. I have the tan but these come in a few different colours, and such a great price too (especially on sale!).

Everlane Day Gloves | One of my comfiest pairs of shoes. Period. I’ve also got the Day Ballet Flats which run slightly wider, and have more of a feminine touch with the bow detail. But you can’t go wrong with either. I do find that the Day Gloves fit a half size small if you have wide feet so I wear them in a US10. Mine have definitely gotten a bit “worn in”, but they’re one of the first pairs I’ll reach for in the morning. Perfect for daycare run, too!

VIVAIA Aria Walker Mary-Janes | Another sitewide discount, but I wanted to call out the Aria Walker Mary Janes in particular as they’re gorgeous. Strikes that perfect balance of comfort and style. Another brand of shoes that I reach for during that daycare run, when I’m dashing out to the shops, etc. They’re so easy, and feels like wearing slippers. Has great inner cushioning, too. Also adore the Sofia Boots – very chic for the office and the textured finish is really fun. Use code BFMJ for up to 30% off.

ALLY Shoes | One of those brands I’ve been meaning to talk about for a while now, as they’re beyond comfortable. Designed by a podiatrist, these have insole support unlike any other shoe I own. My top pick is their kitten heel, which is perfect for the office. They do have a sizing Q&A on their website that helps you find your perfect fit, which I recommend doing. I’m usually an EU40, and the two styles I own from the brand I have in a 40.5.

Porte&Paire Mary Janes | Granted these aren’t Black Friday sale specific, but just good shoes that happen to be on sale. And available in most sizes. Very Chanel-esque, without the price tag. Quality is superb, and I love that little glossy toe cap. Adds in such an elegant touch. The heel is very walkable, and leather is nice and supple. Perfect even if you have wide feet like I do. Stick with your usual size.

Sarah Flint | Another brand that delivers chic shoes that can be worn for work, but that have oodles of insole support and are very comfortable to wear. I love the pointed toe flats the most, but they do also do a nice heel for the office, too. Theres’s a blanket sitewide sale with up to 80% off already reduced styles.

BAGS

Saben | Okay another one that I’ve snuck in here purely for my discount code, but it’s worth noting that Saben don’t do frequent sales. You can always get 15% off with code JAMIELOVESSABEN15. One of my forever favourites is the Coco Mini Bag, and the Tilly’s Big Sis, which I tend to wear on repeat. That said, you can’t go wrong with any of their styles. A brand that delivers on quality; I know quite a few people with their bags and they all look immaculate even after years of wear.

St. Agni | Specifically, this bag. I treated myself to it from The Undone a few weeks back, and it’s turned out to be a brilliant buy, working well with so much more of my wardrobe than I would have expected. I’m especially glad I went with the chocolate brown colour. A few things to note? The closure isn’t super secure so does sometimes flop open. The leather is a bit slouchy so will have more ease baked into the silhouette over time. And expect to get the odd scratch. Mine has already endured quite a lot (my son literally stomped on it in the car – crying face) but it still looks incredibly good.

OLEADA | Currently up to 60% off sitewide, and their bags are beautifully made. I have a few of them, and the Mini Coast Tote and Echo Bag both have to be among my favourites – for different reasons. The Echo Bag I tend to reach for on special occasions. She’s petite, and doesn’t fit much other than the essentials. All you really need when you’re going out. The leather is quite rigid and firm, and has this beautiful gloss and sheen. Always gets comments and can be worn as a crossbody or a belt bag. The Mini Coast Tote is a bit more chill, with the coated canvas and contrasting leather trim. I tend to reach for this more to round out a casual outfit. Both beautiful options though.

Yes! to curating a minimalist wardrobe. I like the elegance and sophistication of the neutral, warm, and earthy colors when it come to minimalism – Also, I like that it’s easy to mix and match colors and outfit pieces and each piece looks new and elegant.
