It strikes me as slightly ironic that I’ve been eking out “coat weather”, despite my aversion to the cold. 2019 has definitely been the year that I finally got my autumn/winter wardrobe sorted, so I’ve been trying to make the most of it while I still can.

Wearing Frame grey tee (old but I have this similar one and it’s great), Levi’s skinny jeans (I’ve been thinking about upgrading to this pair), Boden camel coat, Everlane editor pumps, Witchery belt (old but similar here), Oroton bag, Muru Jewellery Venus necklace, Mejuri bracelet & earrings

I wore this outfit during a lunchtime visit to The Grounds; and easy t-shirt and skinny jean combo, with low court shoes to help dress it up. The hero piece of the outfit is without a doubt the camel coat with navy and blush trim. I’ve been lovingly been referring to it as my “Neapolitan coat”; the creamy hues remind me of a tub of ice cream. Because the coat has three colours as it is, I went with camel shoes to tie in with the coat, and kept the tee and jeans as a bit of a blank canvas. And black accessories because… why not?
