I’ve thrown mine in the wash countless times, and they’ve held up so well. The integrity of the stretch hasn’t declined, and they’re as comfy as ever. Size wise, they fit true to size. I am a true 26 in jeans (or an AU8) and I wear the size 26 ankle. For height reference I’m 172cm tall, with a 68-69cm inseam to the top of my ankle bone.
